Here, we turn dreams into stardom and audiences into fans. We are guided by three core values that underpin everything we do across all our diverse businesses:

● Collaboration: Making music and bringing it to the world is all about the power of originality amplified by teamwork. A great idea, like a great song, travels globally. We ignite passions and build connections across our diverse community of artists, songwriters, partners, and fans.
● Commitment: We pursue excellence for our team and our talent. Everything in music starts with a leap into the unknown, and we’re committed to keeping the faith, acting with integrity, and delivering on our promises.
WMG is home to a wide range of artists, musicians, and songwriters that fuel our success. That is why we are committed to creating a work environment that actively values, appreciates, and respects everyone. We encourage applications from people with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.

Job Title: Coordinator, Commercial Partnerships
A little bit about our team:
In this role, you’ll partner with the Commercial Partnerships department including Streaming. You’ll be focused on helping the team as we work to develop marketing opportunities with Warner Music Nashville’s (WMN) subscription and ad-supported streaming partners (DSP’s) for WMN's artists, new releases, and catalog.
Why this could be your next big break:
At WMN, you’ll have the opportunity to compile and report on WMN’s internal marketing and playlisting for our artists and new releases. You’ll collaborate with DSP’s, artists and managers, as well as WMN Streaming, Artist Development, Digital, Analytics, Production, Creative, and A&R departments to drive streaming growth.
Here you’ll get to:
Compile weekly streaming reports and analysis on WMN key new releases on each DSP.
Compile release day information from DSP's to share with senior management and artist teams - including performance PowerPoint's of major EP and album releases with screenshots on all placements.
Help write and pitch all releases via pitch tools and shared release grids.
Maintain artist/brand channels and profiles on DSP’s, including bios and imaging.
Regularly update artist and label brand playlists across all platforms.
Oversee processes including link creation, audio and video liner requests, distributing music.
Work with the digital marketing team to promote new releases.
Collaborate with the creative and A&R team to create vital assets.
Collaborate with Warner Music Group’s account management and operations teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of upcoming releases.
Schedule meetings, organize travel, and process department invoices and expenses.
Represent the Streaming team in internal and external meetings.
About you:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, and ideally some relevant music business experience.
You are passionate about music.
You are a highly effective communicator.
You have strong analytical skills.
You have knowledge of the digital music ecosystem.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy building and fostering relationships across teams, departments, and with external partners.
You are a team player and a self-starter.
