Senior Product Manager, Resupply na Resmed

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our resupply team. This role requires a proven product leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and brings deep product management experience to the table. The product manager will oversee all phases of the product life cycle, from ideation through development, go-to-market, and long-term optimization.  The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership to drive measurable outcomes aligned with Brightree’s overall Resupply strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales to define, deliver, and iterate high-value product solutions.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and market research.
• Serve as a voice of the customer, using qualitative and quantitative inputs to guide product evolution and ensure adoption, satisfaction, and ROI.
• Identify, assess, and articulate opportunities in the market to create differentiated value and solve complex customer problems.
• Guide product delivery teams through detailed requirement gathering, documentation, and validation, ensuring clarity and alignment across functions.
• Support go-to-market planning, including beta programs, positioning, training, and launch execution in coordination with customer-facing teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor and SME across the organization and externally to promote product excellence and market relevance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated success in owning and launching complex SaaS or enterprise products, ideally in a healthcare or supply chain context.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from strategic planning to end-of-life considerations.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills; comfortable driving alignment across diverse teams.
• Expertise in roadmap development, product discovery, and prioritization frameworks.
• Proven analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Aha!, JIRA) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Proficiency in productivity tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Management Certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, or similar).
• Experience in healthcare, post-acute care, or medical resupply workflows.
• Familiarity with patient engagement platforms or supply chain optimization in healthcare.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the healthcare industry.
