WHAT WE OFFER:
- Compensation: $35.00 per hour
- Full wage range $35.00 - $39.00 (Future increases within the posted range are based on tenure and performance per Compass compensation guidelines. The pay scale provided for this position is based on title and geographical location)
- Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday standard office hours with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for providing oversight of operational efficiencies, processes, policies, contract compliance, and accreditation compliance in programs across Compass Career Solutions. The Compliance Coordinator will partner with the Area Director and Program Directors to ensure operational and contractual compliance is maintained. The Compliance Coordinator will assist with strategic planning, policy/systems/forms maintenance and development, reporting requirements, and program assessments.
Qualifications:Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3 years of experience implementing processes and systems related to contract compliance
- Reliable Transportation – A valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a vehicle insured for you as a driver are required
- First Aid and CPR Certified - or the ability to secure and maintain First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
Qualified Candidates will have demonstrated proficiency with the following:
- Creating and maintaining systems, policies, and processes
- Ability to identify gaps and consult with Senior Director on efficiencies, systems, and processes needed to meet contractual and accreditation requirements
- Experience conducting audits to ensure compliance with systems and contracts
- Basic knowledge of job and housing development, networking and building community
- Training and communication to groups of people and in one-on-one settings
- Software and computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills – Strong written and verbal abilities
- Be an appropriate role model, including exhibiting mature behavior and making appropriate decisions
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to travel to Compass offices at least once per month
