Summary:
Join Millennium Print Group as a Manager, Slitter! We’re looking for a driven production leader to manage slitter operations in our fast-paced printing and manufacturing environment. If you have expertise in printing industry management, slitter production, and manufacturing leadership, this is your chance to work on products loved around the world.
Location: Raliegh, NC

What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop the slitter department team, ensuring strong performance and engagement.
Oversee daily operations to achieve production goals for quality, cost, and delivery.
Manage department budgets, staffing, and scheduling in alignment with company objectives.
Partner with cross-functional teams (quality assurance, shipping, maintenance, etc.) to resolve production challenges.
Implement safety, ISO, and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Drive productivity, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of slitter or production management experience, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of slitter equipment, processes, and card production methods.
Experience with ISO, OSHA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
