This position is located at our Capitol Branch, 3001 N Lincoln Blvd, OKC 73105.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide outstanding service and contribute to overall team effort.
- Fully understand and actively assist members in using credit union products and services.
- Utilize teaching outline and instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, meetings, and online learning courses to train employees.
- Conduct training sessions covering new employee orientation, on‑the‑job training, regulation compliance, and other training as needed.
- Assess trainees’ progress through in-person and online review to evaluate effectiveness of training; make adjustments to training with the assistance of Training Department.
- Report on progress of employees during training periods.
- Create, review and revise in-person and online training course materials.
- Maintain and update online training course records and supply records and materials for compliance purposes.
- Create and update procedures, directory entries, calendar events and blog posts for the credit union internal website.
- Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.
- Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s degree in Education, Business or a related field.
- Two years of training or financial institution experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
