Job Summary:

Falcon's Attractions is an award-winning pioneer in the themed entertainment industry. We specialize in advanced ride and show systems, custom engineering solutions, and standalone products and services that push the boundaries of innovation and storytelling.

The Electrical Engineer applies a working knowledge of engineering fundamentals to the division’s engineering and design activities under the direction of a Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Project Manager. The Electrical Engineer will also be required to interact with other Falcon’s Attraction’s personnel including those in QA, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving, as necessary to provide engineering support to manufacturing, integration, and test activities.

Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Performs moderately difficult engineering tasks and conventional design that may be varied in nature.
  • Good technical judgment and some independent evaluation, originality, and ingenuity are expected.
  • Develops schedules and estimates for assigned tasks and prepares reports on the results of the work accomplished.
  • Provide support to Bid and Proposal efforts including technical writing.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Reporting Relationship:

  • This position reports to the Electrical/Controls Engineering Manager. Takes direction from Senior Electrical Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Manager when assigned to a project.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • An accredited college graduate engineer with a Bachelor of Science in an engineering specialty.
  • 4+ years engineering experience in complex systems design, manufacturing, and integration environment.
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills.
  •  Possesses and applies a working knowledge of engineering fundamentals in one or more engineering fields.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
