We’re looking for an experienced designer to help craft and communicate the Brale story. As a key member of our design team, you'll drive creative strategy and execution across a range of mediums, helping evolve Brale into one of the most trusted, recognizable, and influential brands in stablecoins.
The Designer will wear a lot of hats, partnering with the teams to accomplish company wide goals. We welcome designers with expertise in one or more of the following: visual, brand, web and/or product design. Tell us what fires you up, and we'll work to leverage your strongest skills. You will be joining a team known for producing high-impact, high-quality creative work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep craft expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Extend and evolve Brale's visual language, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints 
- Solve ambiguous design challenges through systems thinking, storytelling, and strategic judgment 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality design work 
- Support various marketing initiatives to ensure branding and brand standards are upheld 
- Collaborate with our customers on co-marketing asset support 
Qualifications
- Expertise in visual, brand, web, and/or product design 
- Experience driving major branding initiatives, from concept through execution, including positioning, identity development, and cross-channel implementation 
- Thoughtful communicator who can advocate for design while balancing user, brand, and business needs 
- Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI design tools 
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to feedback and changing directions 
- Willingness and ability to adapt and contribute across various design disciplines
