Service Drive Coordinator na Holz Motors

Holz Motors, Wisconsin’s largest Chevrolet dealership, is looking for a highly outgoing, energetic, and dependable Service Drive Coordinator to join our fast-paced Service Department. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience from the moment they arrive.  Must be able to work from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. 

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome customers with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Confirm appointments and gather key information about their visit

• Move customer vehicles in and around the lot and service areas safely and carefully

• Install protective coverings and document vehicle condition

• Deliver repair orders and keys to the appropriate team members

• Coordinate and maintain Holz Motors’ rental vehicle fleet, including inspections, cleaning, photos, and documentation

• Perform cashiering duties and process payments when needed

• Scan, file, and maintain repair order documentation

• Retrieve vehicles for customers and thank them for their business

• Assist in keeping the service drive clean, safe, and organized

• Follow all safety and security procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:-

• Prior customer service or automotive experience a plus

• Unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills

• Computer and internet proficiency
