Season Pass and Ticket Sales Supervisor - WINTER na Telluride Ski Resort

Summary:

Oversees and coordinates front-line staff responsibilities related to selling season passes and lift tickets across various Telluride Ski Resort office locations. Reporting directly to the Pass and Ticket Sales Manager and Assistant Manager, this leadership role requires the ability to lead by example while performing all essential duties alongside subordinate staff. The supervisor ensures smooth daily operations, delivers exceptional customer service, and supports the growth and efficiency of the sales department. This role may be based and any Telluride Mountain Sales location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support 8–10 front-line employees, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Provide high-level guest service with concierge-like professionalism, ensuring a memorable customer experience.
• Process and reconcile daily sales reports and deposits in accordance with company policies.
• Handle customer disputes with diplomacy and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain expert knowledge of season pass partnerships and provide support for troubleshooting and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Uphold safety and policy standards, including the Colorado Skier Safety Act and Skier Responsibility Code.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and relay procedures and policy.
• Proficient in basic math for sales calculations and financial reconciliation.
• Deep knowledge of resort pricing structures, skiing ability levels, equipment needs, and local area offerings.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, speak, hear, and use hands.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Visual abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $21
• The position is Full Time Seasonal with a start date of October 6th – April 10^th
