About this role
As a Team Lead this position is responsible for day-to-day programming tasks associated with the Community Participation Supports (CPS) as well as the care of the individuals attending the program. Work assignments are varied in nature and are performed under the supervision of the CPS Manager or Specialist. Ensures that each individual participates in social/leisure/recreational activities based on individualized plans. This includes planning events/activities, assisting with scheduling, arranging
transportation, taking attendance and various other program related tasks. Completes functional tasks for programming such as meeting minutes, shopping, vehicle logs, vehicle maintenance and petty cash counts. Assists in the training of new staff to ensure continuity of training. Assists to ensure adequate staff in place at all times; performs direct care as required.

Does the following apply to you?
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred but not required:
- 2+ years of experience in CPS services
