We are a tuition-free, WASC-accredited (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) public charter school that provides a rigorous standards-based education to Home School students (TK-8), Online Middle School students (7 & 8), and Independent Study High School students (9-12), including our University Prep Early College High School program serving 7,500 students across our nine-county service area, making us one of the largest and most stable charter schools in the Sacramento Valley region.
Job Summary
Visions In Education is seeking a Student Technology Support (Bilingual Spanish/English, required) staff member that will perform tasks by applying existing policies, procedures and guidelines. This position has limited variation and difficulty, and applies basic concepts, practices and procedures related to assigned duties. This position will assist end-users in the configuration and troubleshooting of computer issues. The work is often checked for accuracy and may work independently on smaller projects. This position solves routine problems and will refer other problems to higher levels. This position will provide quality customer service; maintain cleanliness of work area, computing devices, and equipment; and support students and families.
This position will work at our office in Gold River, CA. Shifts available during department hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Hours worked per week range from 0-24. Hours are part-time and flexible. Please specify in your letter of introduction your availability. This position does not offer health benefits.

Requirements / Qualifications
- For High School students, a 3.0 GPA or higher is required
- Technology certification and/or applicable coursework desired.
- Experience supporting computer operations and/or maintenance of desktop peripherals, word-processing, spreadsheet, database operations, and telecommunications is desired.
- REQUIRED: Spanish bilingual required and able to translate and interpret in an educational setting (language assessment will be required prior to hire)
