Eagle Star Housing is looking for compassionate, motivated, and organized individuals to join our team as Transitional Housing Program Staff Members. We're looking for people who thrive in a supportive environment and are ready to walk alongside our residents as they rebuild their lives.
Current openings include a full-time position and per diem opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
Be the heart of the home! Cook and serve dinner for up to 15 residents and help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
Support residents as a case manager, to include providing the following services:
- Developing service plans tailored to each resident’s needs and goals.
- Conducting weekly one-on-one case meetings.
- Writing accurate, timely case notes and documentation.
- Making referrals to community resources, including the VA, mental health providers, and social service agencies.
- Guide new residents through the intake and orientation process and help them adjust to communal living.
- Ensure residents understand and follow house expectations while promoting mutual respect and personal growth.
- Collaborate with the Housing Manager and external providers to coordinate care and identify support strategies.
- Stay present in the house throughout your shift to assist and respond to resident needs in real-time.
- Promote a culture of accountability, dignity, and hope.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with veterans and the VA system.
- Knowledge of social security/disability benefits and the referral process.
- Familiarity with mental health services, housing resources, and case coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to maintain clear boundaries.
- Organizational skills for tracking documentation, appointments, and client progress.
- A heart for service and a passion for empowering individuals to thrive.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
