What We Need:

We’re seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the iHeartRadio Product Analytics team. In this role, you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to drive data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable insights that improve user engagement, retention, and revenue across iHeart’s digital platforms.

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Managers to define success metrics, evaluate feature performance, and influence roadmap decisions.

  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of new features, user experiences, and growth initiatives.

  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and validate large-scale behavioral data from Redshift, Snowflake, or other data warehouses.

  • Build dashboards and visualizations in tools like Tableau, Looker, or Amplitude to monitor KPIs and inform stakeholders.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user funnels, retention, and feature adoption to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to ensure accurate tracking, event schema design, and data quality.

  • Present findings to senior leadership and recommend actionable next steps to improve product performance.

                                                                             

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related field.

  • Expert proficiency in SQL with experience analyzing large, complex datasets.

  • Familiarity with python / pandas

  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and multivariate experiments.

  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

  • Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
