Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in Digital Transformation using Microsoft Technologies to lead and coordinate strategic Data, automation and digitalization initiatives across Logistics business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise-scale projects, stakeholder engagement, and delivering business value through Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of programs involving Power Platform-based solutions.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and low-code/no-code app development.
• Oversee multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive solution design sessions and support architecture alignment with Power Platform governance best practices.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external partners.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Power Platform solutions and track program success.
• Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and licensing policies.
• Facilitate change management, user adoption, and training efforts across teams.
• Escalate risks and issues as necessary and manage mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of program/project management experience, including 3+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
• Experience managing agile, hybrid, or waterfall project lifecycles.
• Proficient in stakeholder communication, risk management, and reporting at executive levels.
• Familiarity with governance, Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks, and scalable solution design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Power Platform Solution Architect.
• Experience in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) or RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate Desktop, UIPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience in change management and enterprise transformation programs.
• Background in consulting, IT services, or shared service environments is a plus.
