This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Debt Market Services within Perpetual Corporate Trust (PCT) a specialist business within the Perpetual Group. PCT is a market leader in fiduciary, custody, and digital solutions, with a strong presence in Australia and Singapore. In this role you will be responsible for administering payment functions and provide daily operational and compliance support within the Client Services Team.
About the Role
As a Client Services Officer, you will:
Maintain a working knowledge of assigned Trusts
Execute all payment instructions within agreed timeframes and SLA's
Develop and maintain effective operational client relationships for assigned clients / trusts
Use of all internal control checklists
Invoicing and billing
Client Connect Diary entry and follow up
Compliance with Policies and Procedures
Assisting with Client Management and liaison
Archiving and filing
Act as a backup for other team members
Good working knowledge of systems used within the team
Participate in team projects.
About you
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar client service role
Prior experience in custody or securitisation is highly advantageous
Strong communication skills for liaising with clients
Maintain robust relationships with both internal and external clients and contacts
Ability to multitask effectively across various responsibilities
Strong attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding client service
A proactive and solution-focused approach, to help meet the needs of our clients.
