The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a well-established facility. Full onsite training will be provided, helping you build the skills needed to succeed and grow within a fast-paced food production environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday 2:30pm-11pm

The Ideal Candidate
- Be comfortable working in a chilled environment for extended periods
- Be able to stand for over 4 hours and move around the production floor unaided
- Have a strong work ethic and a commitment to learning – full training will be provided

Your Key Responsibilities
- Work across various production lines, adapting to different speeds and levels of complexity
- Operate machinery safely and in line with all food safety and health & safety protocols
- Follow the daily production plan, supporting with line set-up and material checks
- Perform all required hygiene, safety, and pre-start checks to maintain a safe and compliant working environment
- Ensure consistent product quality and accurate completion of production tasks
- Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and uphold site standards
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation in your work area
- Take a proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
