Reliance Community Care Partners has a unique opportunity for a full-time Eligibility Specialist. This position offers the opportunity to work as an essential part of an interdisciplinary health care team.

What Will You Do?

In this community-based program, the Eligibility Specialist is responsible for entering and monitoring eligibility for participants in all Reliance Community Care Partners programs.   

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of work related experience in administrative support, auditing and/or public relations
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Technical skills in software programs
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance along with reliable transportation
• Knowledge of medical terminology and Medicare and Medicaid payers is highly valued
