  • Lead global commissions in partnership with the head of commissions which reports to this role (i.e. oversee commission calculations, ensure alignment with compensation plans, etc.)

  • Support corporate FP&A processes including monthly and quarterly Board reporting.

  • Ensure GTM activities are supported by the requisite internal controls around financial reporting and policy adherence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales / Revenue Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to align GTM strategies with company-wide initiatives.

  • Ensure alignment between financial models, GTM programs, and strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead a high-performing GTM Finance team by establishing a team vision/strategy and clear goals that align team member activities to common shared outcomes.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, data integrity, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Need:

  • 15+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles, with at least 5 years supporting GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).

  • Strong experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, technology, or related industries.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

  • Deep understanding of GTM metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline conversion, quota attainment, sales capacity, etc.).

  • Proven ability to build complex financial models and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with executive audiences.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills
