What We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring an experienced Second Shift Residential HVAC Service Technician who’s confident in their technical ability, sharp with customers, and comfortable recommending solutions that make sense. If you're someone who takes pride in their work and likes a schedule that fits real life, second shift at Restano could be the right fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps)

• Perform seasonal tune-ups and maintenance

• Communicate with customers clearly and professionally

• Recommend needed repairs, replacements, or upgrades when appropriate

• Handle occasional after-hours emergencies (with backup and support)

What You Need:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Confidence in recommending solutions that truly serve the homeowner

• EPA Certification (NATE a plus)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfort working independently during evening hours
