YOUR CHALLENGES

Reporting to the General Manager US Hierarchically and to the International Accounting Manager based in the headquarter in Italy, you'll be part of the Administration, Finance  & Controlling

After an oboarding and training period, you will manage the following main activities, also supporting the operations in other Group Company in US, Canada and Puerto Rico

Accounting: 

• Entering daily FX rate in SAP
• Creation vendors master data
• Receiving and verifying vendors invoices, PO and MIGO
• Obtaining transport document + filing
• Posting vendors invoices
• Accrual Engine: accrual object creation for deferred/accrued expenses
• Assets master data creation
• Verification “invoice to be received” (logistic) and “invoice to be received” (manual)
• Verification vendors down payments
• Clearing vendors and checking vendors open items (mainly managed by bank accounting)
• IC Reconciliation (vendor open items)
• Cash flow forecast (vendor tabs)
• Filing (paper and on server)

Expensen notes

• Creation vendor employee master data
• Receive and check expenses reports
• Posting expenses reports
• Verification credit card statements
• Clearing vendor employee and verify open items
• Verify and communicate amount to be refunded
• Filing (paper and on server)

WHY WE WOULD CHOOSE YOU

• You have a Degree in Economy, Finance or similar
• You have a first experience in the same role, preferably in the Industry sector
• You have excellent knowledge of Office tools (Excel skills will be tested during the selection process)
• You have general accounting knowledge
• You have ability to read and understand financial statements and to work with information systems
• You have familiarity with SAP (nice to have, not mandatory requirement)
