Title: Chemical Mix Technician

Shift: Rotating 3rd Shift (D); 2-2-3 Schedule; 5:30PM – 5:30AM

Training Requirement: 4-6 months on Rotating Day Shift: 2-2-3 Schedule; 5:30AM-5:30PM

Compensation & Benefits: $24.00 - $28.50 per hour (with shift premium)

Essential Accountabilities:

Chemical Mix Technicians work in a fast-paced environment making priority-based manufacturing decisions in a leadership role. Individuals must possess a high attention to detail, superior time management skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization from floor personnel to upper management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist
Making Automated and Manual batches using Rockwell
Testing batches for release criteria
Special Projects (ex: Trials, Editing Work Instructions, FM-s, Kan Ban)
Cycle Counts/Inventory Tracking
Ability to accurately complete documentation
Forklift Driving

Required Skills:

Basic computer skills are required.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.
Past analytical lab experience preferred (pH meters, manual and automated titrators, reagent preparation, etc.)
Past cGMP experience and/or basic knowledge or cGMP protocols preferred.
Prioritize tasks and work on several formulations simultaneously.
