Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Client Services Associate to support our financial advisors in delivering outstanding service to clients. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, client communications, and day-to-day operations within a fast-paced wealth management environment. Prior experience in financial services is essential.


Key Responsibilities:


· Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining communication on behalf of the advisor.

· Prepare and process account paperwork (e.g., new accounts, transfers, beneficiary updates) accurately and in a timely manner.

· Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and meeting materials for client reviews.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and internal systems.

· Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for client appointments and events.

· Monitor client accounts to ensure tasks and service needs are completed on time and in compliance.

· Communicate with custodians, service providers, and third-party professionals as needed.

· Support client outreach initiatives including newsletters, holiday mailings, and appreciation events.

· Ensure all activities comply with firm policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, banking, or related financial services role.

· Strong knowledge of financial account operations, client service, and compliance processes.

· Familiarity with investment account types (e.g., IRAs, brokerage, trusts) is highly preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary Description
$18.00 - $22.00
