Part Time Bartender na Chanhassen Dinner Theatres

Pay Rate: $13.00 an hour + Tips

Summary 

The bartender position is responsible for setting up an assigned bar, work area for service in a timely manner to ensure our guest a quality experience and communicate with management and other service staff regarding guest satisfaction. Bartending happens in all four of our theatres as well as customer facing locations in our pre-cocktail lounge and pub. There are no barbacks at CDT. 

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

• Set up bar area by opening time.
• Fulfilling drink orders for guests and servers in a fast-paced environment.
• Learning our dining room drink menus.
• Keep work area clean and organized during shift.
• Perform closing duties including restocking, cleaning bar area, sweep and mop after every shift. 
• Communicate any inquiries, special requests, complaints/compliments to Food & Beverage Manager on duty.
• Learn to set up, work, and clean up all bar locations within CDT theatres.
• Aid in the overall success of the team.
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

• Must be available for 2-3 shifts a week
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more of experience bartending.
• 21 years of age or older. 
• Must be a team player.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Tuesday 3:00PM-8:00PM

Wednesday: 9:30AM-2:30PM, 3:00PM-8:00PM

Thursday 3:00PM-8:00PM

Friday 3:00PM-8:00PM 

Saturday 9:30AM-2:30PM, 3:00PM-8:00PM

Sunday 2:00PM-7:00PM
