Summary
The bartender position is responsible for setting up an assigned bar, work area for service in a timely manner to ensure our guest a quality experience and communicate with management and other service staff regarding guest satisfaction. Bartending happens in all four of our theatres as well as customer facing locations in our pre-cocktail lounge and pub. There are no barbacks at CDT.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Set up bar area by opening time.
- Fulfilling drink orders for guests and servers in a fast-paced environment.
- Learning our dining room drink menus.
- Keep work area clean and organized during shift.
- Perform closing duties including restocking, cleaning bar area, sweep and mop after every shift.
- Communicate any inquiries, special requests, complaints/compliments to Food & Beverage Manager on duty.
- Learn to set up, work, and clean up all bar locations within CDT theatres.
- Aid in the overall success of the team.
- Assist with training of new employees.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be available for 2-3 shifts a week
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year or more of experience bartending.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Tuesday 3:00PM-8:00PM
Wednesday: 9:30AM-2:30PM, 3:00PM-8:00PM
Thursday 3:00PM-8:00PM
Friday 3:00PM-8:00PM
Saturday 9:30AM-2:30PM, 3:00PM-8:00PM
Sunday 2:00PM-7:00PM
