Salary Range: $42,000 - $46,000

Position Summary:

The Order Management Supervisor will act as a liaison between Sales and Distribution Center operations. Serves as the primary customer contact and delivers customer care through accurate order entry, problem resolution, and organizational support. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage customer orders
  • Analyze Customer Purchase Orders and research inventory, then drop to the DC for processing 
  • Ensure orders are on the floor timely enough for the DC to process. Failure to do so can result in a chargeback to the company. 
  • Assisting sales with questions or concerns related to customer Purchase Orders 
  • Partner with sales to assist with customer needs and or questions 
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents 
  • Maintain customer-related databases affecting the electronic transmission of purchase orders 
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Education/License Requirements:

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED

Bonus Requirements:

  • Bonus: Customer Service Experience

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities (e.g. software proficiency, language, project management):

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Office Products
  • Proficient in Data Entry
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak periods 

Working Conditions/Physical Demands (e.g., lifting 50 lbs., travel requirements):

  • Light to moderate lifting is required
