Basic Requirements:

·       Must have 18, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience

o   May be reduced with the completion of advanced education

·       Must have 10, or more, years of experience in virtualization technologies, with a focus on Azure Virtual Desktop and VMware products.

·       Must have expertise in VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon (VDI), and associated tools in enterprise environments.

·       Must have a strong understanding of DoD network architectures, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

·       Must have the proven ability to design and manage large-scale virtualized environments with high availability and performance.

·       Must have 1, or more, VMware certifications (e.g., VCP-DCV, VCP-DTM, VCAP, or similar).

·       Must have experience with additional virtualization or cloud platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, AWS, Azure).

·       Must be familiar with automation tools (e.g., PowerCLI, Ansible) for managing virtual environments.

·       Must have experience supporting DoD or federal government contracts

·       Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

 

This position is expected to pay $190,000 - $250,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
