Your main responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for all aspects of LTL billing.
- Bill, collate, and call in LTL shipments daily for pick up by carriers in a timely manner.
- Working in a fast-paced office/warehouse environment while still performing job functions.
- Bill OEM deliveries, customer pick-ups, and Dometic truck load shipments.
- Using D365 for all job functions related to billing and order inquiries.
- Successfully multi-tasking while corresponding with drivers, customers, and checking or answering e-mails.
- Complete all exports with the correct documentation.
- Sorting paperwork, checking for signatures, copying, scanning, and e-mailing whenever necessary.
- Covering specific e-mail inboxes when required to ensure customer demands are met.
- Ability to check shipments when needed in the warehouse that will require standing, walking, looking, and visually verifying of shipment requirements.
- Responsible for sorting paperwork by date and keeping track of documents for shipment in an appropriate manner.
- Working with Dometic customer service to problem solve as well as above all else serve Dometic’s customers.
- RMAs
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

A suitable background would be a solid experience within shipping – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Knowledge of D365 preferred but not required.
