With a portfolio that includes major retail centers, industrial parks, office towers, and multifamily complexes, we are expanding and looking for a driven Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial roofing projects from planning to closeout.

• Coordinate with general contractors, property managers, and building owners.

• Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractors.

• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all jobsites.

• Conduct inspections, manage quality control, and ensure work meets all specs.

• Track project budgets, approve invoices, and prepare progress reports.

• Resolve client issues quickly and maintain strong relationships.

• Close projects with completed punch lists and warranty documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial roofing or construction project management experience.

• Strong knowledge of low-slope commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Modified, Metal).

• OSHA knowledge and commitment to safe jobsite practices.

• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean record.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

💵 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)

• Company Vehicle (or allowance), gas card, phone, and laptop provided
