Position Title: Early Childhood Special Education / Community Education Paraprofessional

PD26.a PARAPROFESSIONAL - EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIAL EDUCATION(ECSE) BIRTH-K &
DRAGON ZONE AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM (DZEP K-6 Grade Community Ed)
Department: Early Childhood and Community Education
Reports To: Early Childhood Coordinator/Community Education Director
Pay Range: $18.22 to $25.00
Salary: Per Classified Contract- hourly rate
Lane 5 and Lane 7
QUALIFICATIONS: Two-year degree or two years of college (60 completed credits) or passage of the state para pro test.
TIME LIMITATIONS: Present employees must apply within seven work days by 09/22/2025
HOURS: Up to 20 hours per week.
*Early Childhood Special Education paraprofessional Report Times will be 11:30am-2:45pm Mon-Thur
*After School Care/Enrichment program (DZEP) Report Times/Days will vary between 2:45pm-5:00pm Mon-Fri
SUMMARY: Paraprofessional means a district employee who is primarily engaged in direct instruction with one or more pupils for instructional activities, physical or behavior management, or other purposes under the direction of a regular education or special education teacher or related services provider M.R. 3525.0200 Subp.10a
