BAE Systems is seeking highly skilled Signals Intelligence Operator (SIO) to join our team in support of national security operations. As an SIO, you can utilize your operational or military experience to conduct technical SIGINT collection and support our client's operations. - Conduct technical SIGINT collection in support of customer operations
- Use knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment and tools to drive complex worldwide operations

Education: High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience:
Four years’ technical operations experience working with mission partners, with technical competency in SIGINT collection/analysis, ELINT collection/analysis, or Electronic Warfare
Military education or experience
Clearance: TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Technical Skills:
+ Knowledge of PTT, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, or WiFi technologies
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office software
+ Familiarity with ground or aviation SIGINT collection operationsSoft Skills:
+ Ability to work as part of a small team
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work
