MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an on-site position.This role will support the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department in the Navy Aviation Division at MANTECH.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS)Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government scheduleAnalyzing schedule data related to programs/projects and/or processes using MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power BIFormatting and presenting schedule information and data using OnePager Professional, MS Power BI, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS ExcelFacilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Business or Management and 4+ years of experience; an Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience, or a High School Diploma plus 6 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s DegreeExperience with critical path method and networked schedule development, baseline, and status using milestones, tasks, duration, lead/lag, and other standard datapoints/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysisExperience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS WordExperience interfacing with senior level clientsPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or EngineeringExperience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BIKnowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processesExperience with technical program management supportClearance Requirements:Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance to startPhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
