As part of our growing London-based investment team, we are looking for a purpose-driven ESG professional to help us integrate material Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues across our global investment portfolio.

Your New Role

As a Senior Analyst, ESG and Stewardship, you will play a key role in embedding ESG considerations into investment decision-making across public and private markets. You will work closely with internal investment teams, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders to ensure ESG risks and opportunities are identified, assessed, and acted upon.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading or supporting ESG integration across asset classes managed from the London office.
• Providing ESG insights into portfolio companies and assets, including financial impact assessments.
• Driving stewardship activities, including engagement with boards and senior management.
• Managing proxy voting responsibilities and contributing to voting recommendations.
• Supporting ESG due diligence for private market transactions and ongoing ownership.
• Advising on strategic ESG themes such as climate change, workforce engagement, and board effectiveness.
• Contributing to ESG reporting, policy development, and collaborative initiatives.

What You will Bring

You are a commercially minded ESG professional with a strong analytical skillset and a passion for responsible investment. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are confident engaging with senior stakeholders.

Your background includes:

• Experience within ESG teams in financial services, consulting, or a related field.
• Exposure to responsible investment, corporate governance, sustainability, or legal/engineering disciplines.
• Experience across one or more asset classes (e.g. listed equities, infrastructure, real estate, private equity).
• Strong and effective communication skills and the ability to translate complex ESG issues into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, UNPRI, GRESB, UN SDGs, and TCFD.
