As a BDR Intern, you’ll learn one of the most valuable skills in business: sales. Understanding how to sell is fundamental, not just for sales careers, but for any role you take on in the future, whether you become a manager, a consultant, or an entrepreneur.

You’ll be part of the Commercial team, working directly with the SMB Manager and collaborating daily with Marketing and Product. You won’t just be told what to do, you’ll have the chance to propose new ideas, suggest new target markets, and see your impact reflected in real business results.

And beyond sales, you’ll gain exposure to how technology, marketing, and strategy all come together to scale a company.

Wat you'll do:

  • Research & Prospecting: Identify potential SMB clients (<500 employees) who can benefit from Digital Humans.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to create interest.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Understand prospects’ needs and explain how UNITH can help.
  • Book Meetings & Demos: Your main KPI, turn conversations into opportunities.
  • Collaborate on GTM: Work closely with Marketing and Product to align messaging, explore new markets, and learn the full go-to-market process.

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a university program (with the possibility of signing an internship agreement).
  • Availability for 5 or 6 months.
  • Strong interest in SaaS, startups, and the tech ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C2 or native) and professional Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
  • Smart, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy solving problems and thinking strategically.
  • Proactive, driven, and eager to learn quickly.

The recruitment process looks like this:

  1. If there’s a potential fit, you’ll first have a short intro meeting with Anniek.
  2. Next, we’ll invite you to come by our office for a conversation with members of the Commercial team and your supervisor, Xavi (SMB Manager).
  3. Finally, we’ll ask you to complete a small assignment. Nothing too time-consuming, just a way for us to see how you think and approach things.
