Mission of the Role
***This person will initially work 5 days a week in our SICK MN production facility during training. Located near Mall of America. The person can then move to a hybrid schedule of four days a week in office and one day remote.
The Supply Chain Analyst II has primary responsibility for monitoring and facilitating the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure profitable customer success. The role also supports the analysis and improvement of supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. This role works under moderate supervision and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to provide data-driven insights and support supply chain initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identify trends and drive improvements in on-time delivery reliability.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and other data tools to support business functions and decision-making.
- Support the development and reporting of supply chain metrics.
- Participate in regional S&OP meetings, providing data and insights.
- Order Management & Fulfillment
- Manage and execute customer orders, including confirmations and delay updates.
- Ensure flawless order execution through the supply chain and proactively communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate expedited requests with Production, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Operations.
- Proactively prioritize and fulfill ship-complete orders to meet customer expectations.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Support customer complaint resolution and coordinate returns/repairs with subsidiaries.
- Issue credits/debits related to pricing errors, returns, and miscellaneous shipments.
- Assist in managing customer-specific programs in alignment with Delegation of Authority levels.
- Provide outstanding customer service through prompt communication and relationship building.
- Process Optimization & Collaboration
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement supply chain solutions.
- Provide advance notification to Warehouses/Logistics on potential workload spikes.
- Contribute to assigned global and local supply chain projects.
- Inventory & Compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and support initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete stock.
- Provide support for international shipping documentation and compliance, if applicable.
- Training & Leadership
- Train personnel on operating guidelines, policies, and procedures for demand management.
- Take lead on global customer success initiatives and collaborate with international teams.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned or required by management.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in an analyst role, supply chain or forecasting role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Change Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or similar is required.
- Certifications: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certifications are an asset.
- Position-specific Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to learn new software tools and apply new perspectives using existing solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.)
- Experience in training others.
- Computer/Technological: Professional competence with Microsoft Office, previous SAP or other ERP Systems is an asset.
- Language: Professional written and spoken fluency in English required.
- Schedule: Generally Monday to Friday, full time; be on-call on some weekends (if required).
- General Working Conditions: Be able to usually work in an office environment; flexible (hybrid) work arrangements available.
- Travel: Be able to travel up to 10% of the time, including internationally; must have a valid passport.
- Physical Demands: General office work environment. Computer monitor more than 4 hours a day.

Compensation
The base salary is one part of our Total Rewards package and is determined within a range. The starting base salary range for this position is listed below; the actual starting salary will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skill set, education, performance, licenses/certifications, business needs and other job-related factors, as permitted by law.
- Starting Base Annual Salary Range: $74,550 - $112,750
- Bonus Eligibility: This role is not eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company and individual performance.
