What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and precision repairs across all Mercedes-Benz vehicle systems.
• Lead complex repair and maintenance tasks including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
• Use cutting-edge diagnostic tools and test drives to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Complete warranty and service work to strict Mercedes-Benz standards.
• Partner with Service Advisors to clearly communicate repair needs and deliver seamless client experiences.
• Uphold the highest levels of quality through thorough final inspections.
• Mentor and support developing technicians within the shop.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                 o Accrual begins on your first day.

                          3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                          10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience. 
• ASE certifications are ideal. 
• Strong automotive background 
• Strong teamwork skills 
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. 
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.  
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
