Construciton Administrative Representative na Walter P Moore

The Construction Administration Representative for the Infrastructure group independently performs assignments and is fully knowledgeable of company standards, plans, and specifications. They interpret project plans, interact with clients, and may oversee the work of others.

• Maintains or works in a field office, if required
• Performs periodic inspections of ongoing projects
• Evaluates and reviews completed work for general conformance with proper procedures, standards of quality and safety, and job specifications
• Examines and reports problems in the field
• Attends meetings with architects, contractors, and engineers to discuss project schedule and progress
• Leads walk-throughs for project team members, as needed
• Travel may be needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 9 -11 prior years of experience
• Ability to understand contract documents, project drawings, and specifications
• Knowledgeable in materials, methods, and practices of the construction industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client-service attitude with ability to multi-task and accomplish multiple priorities
