Job Title: Sales Call Center Representative

Job Overview: 

The Sales Call Center Representative will support the Sales team at the Center by assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, customer service, and research initiatives. This role offers exposure to both the operational and client-facing sides of the business and includes responsibilities such as general office coverage, conducting intercept surveys, and aiding with sales support functions.


Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including reception coverage and supply coordination.
• Conduct intercept surveys with guests across the Center attractions, gathering valuable feedback and reporting insights to the Sales team.
• Assist in processing ticket orders and client communications for the Center attractions,
• Support data entry and CRM maintenance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.
• Help with onboarding reseller partners and updating promotional materials across platforms.
• Collaborate on special projects and support event coordination during peak summer periods.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with the public in a professional manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in a high-volume, inbound call center with a strong customer service focus.
  • Prior experience with attraction ticketing systems preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); multilingual abilities are a plus.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Customer service experience, particularly in a tourism or hospitality setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and/or attraction ticketing platforms.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for working with people.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards.
  • Experience delivering tailored service to VIP clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay Range
$22$23 USD
