Branded Environments Team Leader + Project Manager

The Branded Environments Team Leader + Project Manager is a collaborative, detail-oriented design operations professional who ensures excellence in project delivery. You will manage all aspects of workflow from intake through execution, oversee scoping and resource planning, and support team performance. You will also serve as a mentor and coach, helping align project teams and clients around shared vision, timelines, and quality standards. 

Requirements
  • Manage full project lifecycle: intake, scoping, workplans, fee development, scheduling, and team assignments. 
  • Lead client communication, aligning expectations around scope, budget, deliverables, and schedules. 
  • Coordinate internal and external project teams, ensuring accountability and cohesion across disciplines. 
  • Track performance metrics and generate project reports to support visibility, learning, and continuous improvement. 
  • Identify and resolve technical or logistical challenges, proactively mitigating risks. 
  • Support business development, including pursuits, RFPs, and interviews. 
  • Contribute to hiring decisions, onboarding, and mentorship of team members. 
  • Partner with Director and Lead Designers to maintain high creative and technical standards.

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of project management experience in the AEC industry, environmental graphics, branded environments, or related design disciplines. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or equivalent experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of environmental graphics, signage, and wayfinding processes. 
  • Skilled in managing project budgets, contracts, fees, and schedules. 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity, Microsoft Office, and project management tools; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision a plus. 
  • Working knowledge of Revit and familiarity with the fabrication and installation process. 
  • Professional registration and/or PMP certification a plus.
