Project Coordinator – Partnership Development
Keep projects moving. Make a big impact.
You thrive when the details come together, when schedules align, deadlines are met, and ideas turn into action. As Precoa’s Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of the action, supporting the Associate Director of Partnership Development and enabling Precoa’s field leadership teams by keeping complex projects running smoothly.
You’ll have a hand in meaningful projects that shape the growth of our field and business development teams as you coordinate values-based training for offsites, build slide decks and proactively address barriers to success.
What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
No two days will look the same, but every day your talent and ability to manage the details while seeing the big picture will make a difference as you:
- Keep projects on track: Coordinate schedules, travel, tasks, and deadlines so leadership can focus on important company objectives.
- Build clarity: Capture meeting notes, summarize action items, and communicate progress with precision.
- Monitor progress: Own the daily progress of projects, identify potential issues or risks and provide detailed documentation and updates to stakeholders.
- Manage logistics with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives and make sure logistical details (events, venue, travel) support the efforts.
What we offer you as part of #PrecoaLife
- Competitive exempt salary based on experience
- 18 days PTO and 10 paid holidays annually
- Minimum 6-weeks parental leave
- Health, Dental, and Vision benefits
- 401k, with company match
