Opportunity
Life Surge is seeking a highly qualified Senior Accountant to continue to advance our mission and deliver exceptional outcomes.  The Company is currently implementing an integrated Coupa expense management system and is seeking a team leader to facilitate an effective rollout.  This is an outward reaching role that will interface key management team members and multiple departments to ensure operational excellence and drive controllership. Multiple longer-term promotional opportunities exist for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:
Coupa System Administration:

• Responsible for oversight of Coupa system & users
• Review transaction coding by employees & receipts
• System maintenance

Virtual Credit Cards / Physical Credit Cards Administration:

• Oversee Management of new VCCs and CCs
  • Applying for cards
  • Changing card limits
  • Closing VCCs / CCs

Co-ordination with Accounts Payable Team Leader:

• Oversee purchasing using company protocols
• Process Expense Reports for employee travel
• Training staff on use of Coupa Software
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for AP Transactions

Month-end close – ensure transactions are accurate and complete with receipts by the 3^rd of the month

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Quickbooks Enterprise and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficient in Coupa – Expense Reporting Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Expert level Excel – using vLookups and Pivot tables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Five years or more of related experience required
• Certified Public Accountant designation preferred
