Enrolled Nurse – Community Nursing

  • $35.58 – 39.85 per hour + Super + Salary Sacrifice
  • Do you have wound and Catheter care experience?
  • Permanent 4-5 days per week nursing roles

 

Silverchain are actively recruiting Community Enrolled Nurses for our Clinical community-based Service, this service is predominantly seeing clients for wound care, Catheter care and Diabetes management. These roles are based out of Kingsley and will see you out and about in the community in and around the surrounding suburbs working under the clinical direction of your Registered Nurse.

 

These roles provide an extensive training program and if successful we would be looking for 4-5 days availability.

 

There may be some element of working weekends (Weekend penalties will apply) you must have the flexibility to start at 7.00am.

 

Key responsibilities

You will have 1+ years Post Grad Enrolled Nursing experience. Using your exceptional assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will provide an optimum standard of best care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

 

About you

  • 1+ years Post Grad broad experience in an Enrolled Nurse role
  • Current Registration with the AHPRA with zero notations
  • Current Working with Childrens Check
  • Community Care experience will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
  • Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
  • A current Australian driver’s licence
