We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service & Sales Support to join our Wacol team. 

About the Role 

Supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities to enable them to successfully deliver a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities include

• Working with the sales teams to ensure the customer is fully informed on all aspects of their purchase through the sales process, liaising with service partners and workshops

• Proactive follow up with the customer on receipt of a new order and once the equipment is delivered

• Provide invoices for all equipment sales promptly on delivery

• Completing quotes for quick turnaround

• Maintain CRM Equipment database

About You 

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role in a technical environment or manufacturing industry

• Well-developed communication skills - you will be a skilled communicator who connects well and engages others

• First-rate planning and organisational skills - complemented by a methodical approach and strong attention to detail

• The knack for problem solving - you'll view problems as opportunities and enjoy taking a creative, innovate and fresh approach

• Competent in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
