Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for a Part Time or Per diem position in the Emergency Department at Carewell Health in East Orange, NJ
Schedule will be 2-3 shifts per month Shifts are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am-8pm
Duties:
- Suturing, splinting and incision and drainage as well as other ER skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a clinical setting
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited PA program
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Valid NJ state license to practice as a Physician Assistant
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
