Position Description:
The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking a Post-Production Intern in the Broadcast & Live Events department who will play an important role in the Fiserv Forum and Bucks fan experience. The intern will support the production team by organizing footage, pulling selects, video editing, and assisting with media management. The intern will assist in logging and organizing all game and event-day video and photo assets through the 2025-26 season. The candidate should be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and Media Encoder. The Post-Production Intern will support the overall efforts to build the Milwaukee Bucks brand and support creative needs for Fiserv Forum events.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, ingest, and organize incoming video and photos assets for the post-production team.
- Assist with logging all game and event day video clips by adding specific asset details: player name, play type, and other specific metadate/keywords established by Specialist, Production & Live Events.
- Log and maintain video libraries of game highlights, entertainment teams, media day capture, feature projects, and more.
- Organize game broadcast clips to ensure coverage and labeling of all available angles
- Assist video editors and motion designers by pulling select photos, best-of video clips, and organizing timelines for assigned projects.
- Assist with the editing of Bucks game entertainment video projects, such as fan interactive games, gameday graphics, player feature videos, situational features, and more.
- Prepare and curate media asset needs for Bucks gamedays.
- Follow Bucks and Fiserv Forum brand design guidelines and work within templates in Premiere and other Adobe programs.
- Stay organized and provide high attention to detail while executing assigned projects, including collaboration with the production & live events team.
- Actively participate in the creative development process and share new ideas in a team setting.
- Stay updated on video editing trends and industry software.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Candidates must submit a production reel or website with resume to be considered.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder strongly preferred, and other relevant production software a plus (ex: After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Basic understanding of video formats and media asset management methods preferred.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Candidates must be creative, enthusiastic, willing to learn, self-driven and have a positive attitude.
- Willing and able to work flexible hours including event nights and weekends.
