Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Sales Director to lead strategic engagements with fabless semiconductor companies in Asia, focusing on early architecture collaboration and reference design integration. This role is pivotal in driving adoption of SiTime technologies through deep partnerships and value chain influence. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
- Early Engagement with Chip Architects
Initiate and lead discussions with semiconductor architects early in the IC development cycle, ideally before specifications are finalized. - Reference Design Leadership
Drive adoption of SiTime solutions in reference designs by crafting compelling value propositions, including Exclusive Clock design initiatives and Resonator integration, to create sticky and differentiated designs. - Value Chain Influence
Strategically manage and influence the full value chain:
SiTime ↔ Semiconductor ↔ ODM ↔ OEM, ensuring alignment and maximizing design wins. - OEM Targeting & Coordination
Collaborate closely with the OEM/ODM Sales team to identify and track target OEMs during semiconductor engagements. Ensure visibility into business generation and design traction. - Technical Discovery & Collaboration
Lead technical discovery conversations with chip and system architects to uncover pain points and identify areas for collaboration and innovation.
The actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
SiTime compensation packages includes base salary, bonus based on achieving your innovation goals and equity.
