What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all paint-related processes (masking, pin-striping, decals, inspection, etc.) to ensure quality and specification adherence.

• Manage scheduling and coordination of sub-department activities, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations.

• Mentor, train, and supervise paint personnel for optimal performance.

• Conduct defect analysis and proactively implement improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues, enhance appearance, and reduce defects.

• Support continuous improvement efforts, optimizing efficiency, uptime, and costs.

• Assist in environmental compliance and promote safe working practices.

Your Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday, 8pm–6:30am (subject to occasional overtime based on customer demands).

• Report to our Johnson Creek plant, ensuring smooth shift transitions and operational excellence.
