JOB SUMMARY:
The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the security and compliance of all company endpoints including laptops, desktops, servers, mobile phones, and tablets. Activities include provisioning, decommissioning, monitoring and maintaining endpoints. Maintaining records in our Asset Management system. Managing and monitoring MDM and RMM portals. Troubleshooting non-compliant endpoints and making necessary changes to bring them into compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manages endpoint enrollment and compliance in Microsoft Intune.
- Proactively monitors alerts in MDM, RMM, and EPDR portals, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and rectifying endpoints as needed.
- Recommends and develops plans to improve monitoring, processes, and systems including automation and compliance improvements.
- Documents implementation, decommissioning, and maintenance processes.
- Designs, tests, and documents computer and mobile hardware configurations.
- Maintains records and documentation related to hardware usage.
- Audits endpoint inventory and usage across multiple systems (e.g., MDM, RMM, Identity, Intune, etc.)
- Coordinates with vendors and company personnel to facilitate purchases.
- Researches new endpoint management technologies and recommends implementation.
- Mentors IT colleagues as necessary.
- Reviews and adheres to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Three years' experience managing endpoints via MDM solutions.
- Proficiency in Apple Business Manager, Intune, and remote computer management within a Windows environment.
- Microsoft Modern Endpoint Administrator certification (or ability to acquire within one year of hire).
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent: Talking, hearing, stooping, crouching, reaching, handling, touching, standing, walking, seeing. Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Occasional: Crawling in confined spaces. Climbing ladders up to 20 feet. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds without assistance. Lifting and carrying up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Other Job Requirements:
- Must be a self-starter and problem solver requiring minimal supervision.
- Must have profound attention to detail.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver's License and meet Goodwill Industries of Tulsa’s non-CDL standards.
- Must maintain legal vehicle operation requirements, including current automobile insurance and license plate.
- Must be eligible for a favorable outcome on the required criminal conviction background check.
- Must adhere to strict privacy and security policies and standards.
- Must adhere to Goodwill Industries of Tulsa's Drug-Free Workplace policy.
