Title: Product Analyst

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007 

Duties: Serve as a primary contact with key stakeholders to solicit and validate requirements, including building business relationships and translating regulatory requirements into deliverable outcomes. Enhance channels of communication and uphold principles of transparency and partnership while engaging with product peers, data analysts, program leaders and engineering partners to drive successful product execution. Support business requirement activities by providing end-to-end analysis for products and collaborate with scrum team to design product solution throughout the project lifecycle. Author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation of all aspects of systems in question, including business requirements, -functional
requirements, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria, also create Standard Operating Procedure document and Runbook. Resolve requirement conflicts between business units or between business and technology with support from the Product Strategy and Program Management leads. Direct, collaborate, and support scrum teams, including determining sizing, managing team capacity, conducting daily scrums, providing regular reporting on status, and escalating as needed. Work to remove roadblocks and ensure dependencies are in view and managed. Contribute to project planning and project status activities. Conduct functional testing to ensure the service and product meets user’s needs. Execute Standard Operating Procedures for producing complex data reports.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Engineering Management, or a related technical field plus two (2) years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related role performing business systems analysis, project management, and data analysis. Must have experience with the following: applying knowledge of process design and delivery of service management processes; applying understanding of industry best practices and trends for product capabilities; applying knowledge of reporting and performing quantitative analysis to translate into actionable tasks; performing risk assessment and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, backlog prioritization utilizing JIRA and SCRUM; working with SharePoint and Confluence; interpreting business priorities and understanding business needs to coordinate and assist large teams in resolving complex business processes and technical issues; working with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SQL; utilizing data analysis tools; and working with issue and project tracking software applications and supporting quality assurance.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $102,939 to $142,550, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
