Position Summary

The Sustainability Analyst turns Lincoln’s sustainability strategy into action across properties and projects. In this role, the Analyst supports asset onboarding, data pipelines, initiative tracking, and technical measure implementation in partnership with internal and external teams. The Analyst will partner with teams to drive results across energy, water, waste, health & wellbeing, tenant and community groups, education, and more – advancing Lincoln’s People, Places, Performance framework. Reporting to the Director of Sustainability Strategy, the Analyst will build out Lincoln’s portfolio with data aggregation and case studies, using analytics and AI tools to work efficiently – spotting anomalies, automating routine, and highlights wins. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, exposure across Lincoln’s business lines provides opportunities to build market-facing experience, deepen technical skills, and progress based on impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical data collection, analysis and reporting for clients/investors, in alignment with reporting frameworks such as Maintain project trackers and support assurance readiness for reporting.
  • Run asset onboarding by collecting baseline data, set trackers, confirm readiness-and align stakeholders on sustainability program metrics and Capture findings in prioritized action lists for input into Program deliverables.
  • Test and validate practical measures, quantify results, and identify opportunities to scale successful Develop compelling visual case studies, decks, and narratives that illustrate before-and-after conditions, key changes, and measurable impact.
  • Partner with development, property management, and investment teams to keep scopes, schedules, and deliverables on track.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service partners to keep scopes, schedules, and deliverables on track for sustainability initiatives.
  • Maintain project trackers with weekly updates – flag risks early, highlight wins Utilize tracker to delineate multiple active projects.
  • Use analytics platforms and AI to streamline data lifecycle, first-draft narratives, and additional identified scope with Manager.
  • Create one-pagers, quick guides, draft trainings, and other

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in sustainability, construction, building operations, or related
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization
  • Organized and reliable – able and eager to oversee multiple projects at
  • Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to
  • Willingness to pursue sustainability credentials (LEED AP, WELL AP, Fitwel).

 

Pay Range
$70,000$80,000 USD
