We’re seeking a warm, organized, and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face and guiding voice for families—responsible for coordinating appointments, managing communications, and enhancing our patient experience in a family-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities/Duties: 

• Greet families with empathy and professionalism—by phone and in-person—and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments with flexible options to accommodate busy family needs
• Maintain accurate patient records, including insurance, intake, and medical/insurance updates
• Guide families through pre-visit forms and assist with electronic intake processes.
• Answer questions about dental services—such as exams, cleanings, preventive/restorative treatments, and first visits—in a clear, friendly manner 
• Facilitate billing, insurance verification, and financial inquiries with clarity and compassion. 
• Play a role in our community outreach and education partnerships with schools, daycares, and youth organizations
• Collaborate with clinical staff, ensuring smooth flow and supportive teamwork.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management  

Qualifications: 

• 1–2 years of experience in a patient-facing role—ideally in dentistry, pediatric care, or a service-oriented setting. 
• Exceptional communication skills—kind, informative, and patient-centered. 
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and tech-savvy abilities—proficient with scheduling and EHR systems. 
• Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance processes is a plus. 
• Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and professional in a dynamic, child-friendly environment. 
• A passion for working with children and families, and creating stress-free experiences.
