Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000

Position Summary:         

The Digital Marketing team at The Parking Spot is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help us elevate our customer communications and drive engagement with our loyalty program, the Spot Club.

In this role, you will conceptualize, execute, and analyze a cohesive lifecycle marketing plan across email, mobile push notifications, and loyalty promotions. You’ll own campaign strategy and execution, while also supporting the Spot Club by creating promotions, managing audience segmentation, and evaluating results. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the rest of the Digital Marketing team, working to ensure aligned messaging and smarter audience targeting across paid and owned channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing and Mobile Push Management
    • Own the end-to-end execution of email marketing and mobile push campaigns: planning, creation, segmentation, QA, scheduling, and analysis
    • Write compelling, high-converting email copy that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our audience
    • Design visually engaging emails, including layout, imagery, and calls to action
    • Manage the marketing calendar and partner with cross-functional teams (Revenue Management, Sales, and Brand Marketing) to align promotions with company objectives
  • Lifecycle Strategy and Optimization
    • Develop and execute email automations (abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) and loyalty promotions (welcome, win-back, etc.) to drive member engagement and retention
    • Create and manage audience segments based on member behavior, purchase history, and engagement
    • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, CTAs, and personalization
    • Track and report on key metrics, such as revenue attribution email deliverability and revenue attribution (who cares about open rates these days?)
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration (Paid + Owned)
    • Work with the rest of the Digital Marketing team to align creative and messaging across all paid channels, including paid social, paid search, and programmatic
    • Share email performance insights (top creatives, segments, offers, etc.) to inform paid strategy
    • Assist with uploading and managing customer lists (e.g. lookalikes and exclusion audiences) to Meta, Google, etc.
    • Support customer LTV and cohort analysis to inform both paid and retention strategies

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with 2-4 years of email and loyalty marketing experience
  • Proficiency with email platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Copywriting and creative testing experience is required
  • Light HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
